What we collect
When you create an account or place an order we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email, phone number, and shipping address. When you contact us we store the message and email you send. We do not buy or sell personal data.
How we use it
We use your information solely to operate the store — fulfilling and shipping orders, responding to enquiries, and managing your account. Newsletter signups are used only to send the updates you opted into; you can unsubscribe at any time.
How we protect it
Your data is stored on a secured backend with row-level access controls so that only you (and authorised staff) can see your account, orders, and messages. All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.
Cookies & tracking
We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and maintain your cart. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
Your rights
You can view and edit the information on your account at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
