Returns

Our policy

Because every piece is one-of-one, we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags. Sale and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

1. Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll email you a return label within 1 business day.
3. Drop the package at any carrier location within 7 days of receiving the label.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, store credit is issued within 3 business days.

Exchanges

Since each piece is unique, we can't exchange for the same item in another size. Use your store credit to grab something new from the shop.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong piece, reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
